Listening quiz

HI Support team,
I am making a listening quiz, by using course prsentation and when I am adding single choise question it appear a speaker icon and want to know how to remove it.
2. I would like to display all the question on one slide rather than into diffrenet slide , as in my snapshot you can see there is only three question I can add on a slide so if there is some workaround to resize the slide or display all the question on single slide?
I have checked the topic related with listening quiz on forum but I couldn't find answer to my question.
I am looking forward to hearing back from you.

1. You can remove the speaker icon by disabling the sound effects in the behavioural settings (screenshot attached).
2. You can create a Single Choice Set with multiple questions. Here is a sample content feel free to download it and use it as a template.
