Dowloading Image hotsopts

I am trying to dowload contyent I have created in H5P into moodle. My LMS support tem have told me to download onto my computer first then upload into LMS. however I can not find the correct format to dowload...can you help me.

Hi ARaisis,

What LMS are you using? How are you downloading the content? H5P contents are downloaded as H5P files and can only be read by the H5P that is installed in one of the 3 supported frameworks, Moodle is one of these frameworks.
