Edit The Score Bar

I'm testing H5P on a Wordpress installation and I'm hoping someone can help me with a customization.

I want to customize the Score Bar for each content type. Instead of showing the default X/X score, I want to replace this with the point value I have assigned each question (content type). See screenshot of what I'm talking about here: https://www.screencast.com/t/vT3GyLclVy

I am rendering one content type per WP post. So I am going to create a custom field "Question Value" to hold the point value of each content type. 

What I want to do is replace the X/X score with the Question Value custom field value. I'd appreciate any assistance regarding suggestions and/or code to override the present Score Bar code to accomplish what I want to do.
