WordPress and H5P - Error

I've just found the H5P plugin for WordPress and installed it. Upon installation I made a quick t/f quiz. I am receiving an error when it displays and in the h5p menu:

copy(/home/content/30/11328930/html/wp-content/uploads/h5p/temp/h5p-58779acbd38b5) [function.copy]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/content/30/11328930/html/wp-content/plugins/h5p/h5p-php-library/h5p-default-storage.class.php on line 144

If you're able to point me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciate.

I've attached screenshots as well.

Have a great day!

This error means that the plugin is unable to generate the export/download(.h5p) file for the content. Could you check the permissions of the folders inside the wp-content/uploads/h5p/ directory? The web/PHP user should be able to write to them all.

Same here - its a new problem - and only appears when we run it on multisite. Permissions are correct.

UNTICKING the 'Download button' checkbox in the H5P settings seems to remove the error message. But its not ideal.

Hi Alex and justinlevack ,

I've done a fresh install of a WP multisite, installed the h5p plugin and then created a True/False question on a child site. It seems to work fine. Are there any additional steps I could take to replicate the bug? Also, which version of the plugin are you using?

Best regards,

Thank you for reporting. Will investigate this as part of the next release.

Update: A fix that has been confirmed to work was proposed in this comment. This fix will be included in the release of the plugin.
