Our h5p Flashcard has recently stopped working (Since Friday 4 October). Suspicion is that we have 2 versions of Joubel in library, but not sure and if it is the case do not know how to fix. We have other instances of Moodle on the same server and Moodle/h5p version where flashcard works fine. I've attached couple of files showing list of libraries and js error at end, plus csv from query (where library id of Flashcard is 108) that looks OK - matching results of database where flashcard is working.
SELECT * FROM mdl_hvp_libraries_libraries ll
inner join mdl_hvp_libraries l on l.id = ll.required_library_id where library_id = 108
Any help here would be greatly appreciated.

I'm working on a Course Presentation. When I click on the text tool, I get an option to insert a code snippet, but when I enter it, the screen won't save properly. Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

Is there a way to allow me to put an iFrame on an Interactive Book page? I'm not seeing that in the content dropdown menu? I'm trying to display a website on one of the book pages.

We do not recommned using the iFrame embedder because of issues with accessibility and unresponsiveness. Security and privacy are also major concerns. Hence the iframe embedder is not included in the libraries that are installed when installing Interactive Book.

Hi ! I'm a teacher from Spain , Im having some troubles to acces to my account , it says "we cant find your email adress in our system".It´s strange because other content teacher that uses the same account in another country (Colombia) can acces successfully. What can I do? Ive been having this issues for a week now!,

I am creating a drag & drop, but my picture and elements are not consistently sized, and students cannot see the entire screen without scrolling. Are there defaults that will allow me to build in such a way to optimize size?

The school I work for has an admin at H5P. We've been trying to access our page, but appears a message asking to install the wp and to create a new site. We can't access our content anymore. Does anyone know what this can be?
