Upload content to website

Hi guys I would like to ask you something i have made so many contents in my localhost  how can i upload them to my wordpress website

Hi,

If the number of content types isn't enormous, the easiest way is to press the download link at the bottom, when viewing the content, and then create content on your new wordpress site and pick upload.

It should also be possible (in theory) to migrate database tables, and move files, but I don't know anyone who have done it. If are able to, please post here to tell us how it went.
