Creating h5p content using drupal rules

Hi,

 

I don't know is this the right place to ask this.

But is it possible to create a h5p node using Drupal 7 rules? I would like to create a appear.in video node for the user automatically. 
The question is that can Drupal rules see the "library type" so it could be selected when creating the rules conditions. I couldn't find it but i am quite rookie with rules.

I don't think Drupal can see the library type, sorry. You'll have to do some coding to be able to do this.
