Wordpress H5P loading, please wait...

Hi,

I've installed H5P in WordPress. Now I'm facing problems uploading or making new H5P content. All I get is a message: Loading, please wait ... (see attachment).

  1. Platform: WordPress 5.1.1 - MySQL 5.5.5 - BeTheme
  2. Desktop
  3. Browser: Chrome
  4. H5P version 1.13.1
  5. H5P content type: all
  6. PHP 7.2.17
  7. PHP Memory Limit 2 GB
  8. PHP Time Limit 300
  9. PHP Max Input Vars 5000
  10. WP Max upload size 96 MB

If you have a suggestion how to solve this problem, please let me know and thank you in advance for your assistance.

  1. Any browser console errors
  2. Any PHP errors

Hi René,

I can see that you are getting an error 403, in most cases this is caused by either permission settings or the .htaccess file is corrupted. Changing the permissions and regenerating the .htaccess file should resolve the issue

Hi,

Try temporarily changing the language for your WordPress to English and check if that fixes the issue.
