I need to structure the Thomas & Kilman test to apply it to my seniors in college. Is it possible through the personality quiz option? I appreciate your collaboration! Regards, Charles

From my limited knowledge of the Thomas & Kilman test it is possible to use the personality quiz. It provides you a way to get the "personalities" of the those that will take the test.
