Anyone using H5P.com in Asia?

Hey folks,
I don't know if this belongs here, or in server problems, or nowhere at all. I'm setting up an English education program for a small college in Korea, and I'm looking into using H5P with Google Sites. So, I'm wondering about using H5P.com's servers...
The thing is, the first question asked is if I'd like to register with H5P's North American server, or Australia's server, and I don't know which one will be better/faster for my content? I'm migrating from NEO LMS, which I had a lot of fun with, but students found to be slow. So, speed is a factor... If anyone has any recommendations or advice, I'd greatly appreciate it.
