Voice recognition feature on mobile app

I am not sure if this post belongs here, please guide me if where else. 

Anyway I understand the technical limitation from other posts that voice recogintion feature works only on Chrome for now and I have experienced that myself. 

I am having another question regarding this. 
If we happened to embed H5P voice recognition quiz feature on the mobile app, will it work on the mobile app (ionic or native kind or any)? 
if not, any recommendation?
