Is it possible to make the Drupal Definitions Module work within H5P content?

I want a functionality to allow users to hover over a word within a Course Presentation and it will display a short definition.  The Drupal Definitions Module claims to do this but this will not work within H5P content.  Is there a way to do this?

I don't know that module, but with some coding it might be possible. See the Drupal modules APIs:
