Hub Content Versions

Hi,

Can someone explain me how to change the column to the latest version (which has more content types than the current one such as image slider etc) on the hub and use it? 

Im confused with these major minor terms:

"majorVersion": 1,"minorVersion": 5,"patchVersion": 4,"h5pMajorVersion": 1,"h5pMinorVersion": 12,
