submit screen issue

Hello

i have an issue about video’s submit screen.

when a user answers a single choice question (that exsists at the end of the video) but leaves the page before “sending the answer”,  the submit screen never pops up again for that user even if he watches the video again.

we can temporarily solve this with making little changes at the time of interactions and force user to restart the video activity. But this effects everyone…

Note: we prevent skipping forward at videos

Do you have any idea what to do about this issue?

Hi Ibrahim,

I am unable to reproduce the issue. Would you mind providing the information below:

  1. Detailed steps to reproduce the bug (exactly how and when did it happen)
  2. Platform and version number. E.g. Drupal, Wordpress, Moodle.
  3. Mobile or Desktop
  4. Browser: Chrome, Firefox, Safari etc
  5. H5P plugin version
  6. H5P content type and version (if a content type was used), and a sample URL or attached H5P.

If it worked before:

  1. Any recent changes to the environment (new plugins/modules, updates, configuration changes etc.)
  2. Any recent changes to the browser you're using (new extensions, updates etc.)
