Blackboard Open lms, H5P editor not working correctly

Hi!

We have a problem with H5P course presentation. When creating new activity it does not load the editor.

We do have a sandbox environment where the editor works.

Moodle version: Blackboard Open LMS 3.6 MP1 (Build: 20190808)

Chrome console log error:

Hi JedXIII,

Can you please try uploading my test content here. If this doesn't work please provide the following:

 

  1. H5P plugin version
  2. H5P content type version..
  3. Any PHP errors
  4. Any recent changes to the environment (new plugins/modules, updates, configuration changes etc.)
  5. Any recent changes to the browser you're using (new extensions, updates etc.)
