"Error, unable to load libraries" when editing H5P in WordPress 5.2.4

I have created several H5P projects in my WordPress multisite using the H5P plugin.  I am getting a "Error, unable to load libraries" message whenever I try to edit one of my H5P projects or look at my "Libraries". I run a sandbox site with the H5P plugin on the same server and do not get the error message. I am running WordPress 5.2.4, the H5P plugin is version 1.14.1, and my site's PHP version is 7.2.23.

I would like to know if there is a "fix" for this problem. If not, and I need to reinstall the plugin, is there a way to keep copies of my projects. Unfortunately, I did not enable the "download" button when I created the projects, and now cannot add it because I can't "edit" the projects. I do have access to cPanel.

Hi Laurie,

Would you mind providing the following:

  1. Any browser console errors
  2. Any PHP errors
  3. Any recent changes to the environment (new plugins/modules, updates, configuration changes etc.)
  4. Any recent changes to the browser you're using (new extensions, updates etc.)
