Can't upload images

Bugs in content types

No matter what the file type or size, I can't upload any images.

Hi klrhinehardt,

Can you please check this thread your issue maybe related to it. If it is not the same can you please add more details:

  1. Detailed steps to reproduce the bug (exactly how and when did it happen)
  2. Platform and version number. E.g. Drupal, Wordpress, Moodle.
  3. Mobile or Desktop
  4. Browser: Chrome, Firefox, Safari etc
  5. H5P plugin version
  6. H5P content type and version (if a content type was used), and a sample URL or attached H5P.
  7. Any browser console errors
  8. Any PHP errors
  9. Screenshots of the error is their's any.
  10. Any recent changes to the environment (new plugins/modules, updates, configuration changes etc.)
  11. Any recent changes to the browser you're using (new extensions, updates etc.)

1. upload image (.jpeg) into interactive presentation.

Hi nipa3911,

Did you check the thread I provided above? If you did and this is not the same issue. Can you please add the following information:

  1. Error message when you try to upload the file.
  2. Any browser console errors
  3. Any PHP errors
  4. Screenshots of the error is their's any.

If it worked before:

  1. Any recent changes to the environment (new plugins/modules, updates, configuration changes etc.)
  2. Any recent changes to the browser you're using (new extensions, updates etc.)
