How do I make the content fit the screen in Thinkific?

Hi guys!!

I really hope someone can help!! I'm totally new and don't understand a great deal, I'm using Thinkific and when I was embedding H5P content it was saying its not iframe compatible, I got around that but now the content is too big for the screen and I have to scroll down, i just want the information to be responsive and fill the screen!!
