Chrome Error in H5P.com

kymschutz's picture

We are getting a Third-Part Cookies disabled error that requires the user to click the Authenticate button every time a H5P item appears in our Canvas LMS on Windows 10. Some useres are getting this and others are not, even though the settings are exactly the same and the Allow Cookies is turned on in Chrome. The same pages/H5P items are fine in Firefox, Safari and Microsoft Edge.

This is becoming more widespread so wondering if it is a Chrome Update issue. Any ideas to solve would be useful.

Hi Kym,

The developers of H5P.com are looking into this. Also so that we have this issue centralized in one post I think it is best that we continue the conversation on this thread for the same issue.

Hi Kym,

The hotfix has been released. We would appreciate it if you could verify if the issue is resolved.
