Hub doesn't appear

Hi,

I tried installing the H5P plugin. First, I got an error about zip archives so the hub was disabled. 

I spoke to GoDaddy and they allowed zip for php. The error went away so I went to settings and check marked to enable the HUB. 

On add new, just keeps saying Loading... Please Wait. I have tried uploading .h5p library files which downloaded and uploaded, but still can't create anything or see any content to click to create.

Hi Zoe,

Can you please provide the following:

  1. Screenshot of the browser console (ctrl+shift+J or F12)
  2. Any PHP errors

I don't really know how to do either of those things. I followed the php link and I don't know how to use a root directory.

Hi Zoe,

Depending on your browser and OS you can pull up the browser console using the shortcuts I mentioned above. It should pull up something similar to the screenshot attached. If it doesn't pull up I suggest that you check Google on how to pull up the browser console in your browser.
