Bugs in content types

I keep getting thei error "Restricted content type.The use of this content type has been restricted by an administrator."

I am not able to create the Documental Tool on my Moodle site. After creating the page as instructed. It submitted fine, but When I clicked the Menu on Moodle it is showing a page with this Error: "

This page isn’t working

is currently unable to handle this request.

HTTP ERROR 500"

Hi,

500 is an internal server error and can mean any number of things. Please turn on debugging for Moodle, see https://docs.moodle.org/33/en/Debugging, and post the stack trace for when your server fails.

If your content is restricted you can un-restrict/enable it in the library admin page, which can be found in the H5P plugin settings for Moodle.
