Frame size consistency when embedding quiz set (various question types) in Moodle

Hi Everyone,

This question relates to content created on hp5.com.  I could only find a forum for h5p.org so I hope it's ok for me to use this forum for my question.

I created a quiz set with various types of questions (true/false; multiple choice; drag n drop; etc.) and I've embedded into a book in MoodleCloud. 

Because the frame size automatically adjusts the button to move to the next question moves up and down (depending on the question length).  It would be great to have blank space below shorter questions so that the arrow stays in the same place.

Is it possible to set the frame size for all questions in a quiz set to be the same as the largest frame needed?  I worry that setting a specific frame size would mess with the display on mobile devices so I didn't want to state a specific size.
