Has anyone ever encountered a situation where a score of 2 is set to pass the exam, but a score of 1 is enough to pass?

The server environment has not changed. Recently, it has been discovered that there is a problem with the scoring function. If you score one point while doing questions, you can pass the exam. Even if I set a score of 2 to pass the exam, as long as you score one point, the system will determine that the exam has been passed.

Why is this happening?

SUMMARY: How can we use H5P so it can output some entry to Moodle's activity logs?

We are using the Attendance Register Activity module to track our students approximate time spent online to meet the requirements for our training provision.

The attendance register module works by detecting entries in the students logs, And once activity is detected within a specified time window in the moodle logs, the plugin concludes that the student is still active online and estimates the time spent online from that.

Hi, I am exploring quiz frameworks for my company. We do video trainings for employees and have heavy usage of quizzes. I am trying to better understand the h5p.org site; is there a way to embed the source code of quizzes, etc. into our platform (and have our developers customize it)? If I understand correctly, the site is all open-source? Thanks for your help.
