 Can I make tha User should be able to share the question they are on to respective social network (IE: if they get stuck on one or want help answering)? 
Can I create a place where the site will choose the winners from among the people taking part in the competition (quiz) and randomly select the winners?

Good afternoon! I have made several elements in h5p and I have inserted them in Moodle 3.9 but I cannot control the number of attempts, I know that the development of h5p continues but I would like to know ... Is there any way to apply it so that my gradebook of moodle stay with the first or second application of the exercise?

Last year, I was able to create a dialog card activity and audio recorder activity within interactive book from h5p.org as you can see here:
