Content creation

Perhaps I've missed something but can't seem to find anything that will allow putting sentences into a correct order.

e.g. how to roast a chicken (for example)

I can find drag and drop ordering/sequencing for images but not for text.

Any suggestions?

On screen sizes above 767, the draggable content sits alongside the containers. On smaller screens, the draggable content sites underneath. Is it possible with CSS to have the smaller screen size behaviour on larger screens? And if so could anyone provide the CSS?
