Video Autoplay on Image Hotspot

Hi all, first time here and gotta say Im really impressed so far!

I've been running a small test on some content, and I've successfully created image hotspots, but when I've uploaded video content (as both mp4 in h.264 codec and WebM) I cannot get them to autoplay when the hotpsot is clicked, even when selected in the options.

They are only 1.5mb each so filesize isn't a problem.

I've tried searching, but can't seem to find anyone else with the same issue. Can anyone help?

I'm glad that you enjoying using H5P.

In order give your bug report the best chance of getting answered, please include the following information:

  1. Steps to recreate the bug
  2. Platform you're using: Drupal, Wordpress, Moodle (version number would be helpful as well)
  3. Mobile or Desktop
  4. Browser: Chrome, Firefox, Safari etc
  5. How many videos did you upload and have you tried uploading just one?
  6. Have you tried using a link of a video (e.g. youtube) instead of uploading.
  7. Screenshots if it's a visual problem
