Disable image scaling in Question set

I'm using Drupal 7.4x and would like to disable the default image scaling in the Question Set content type. By default it should display the enlarged version. Please see the attached file. Can someone please help? Thanks.

Hi,

You can add your own css to the iframe the content is running in, and set the width/height to auto. Just follow this documentation on how to add css.
