test option pull down menu issue

interactive presentation 

authoring on H5P website as moodle does not have this option for our school as we are waitng to upgrade to 3.##

when text highlighted, trying to select paragraph style or text size or any pull down menu, the options do not display, but flash breifly only.

tried in chrome and MS Edge.

 Maybe significant that my desktop updated MS files over the weekend, but my laptop hs ot, and it works fine for that device??

Hi,

Do I understand you correctly, that you are having problems with your Moodle site, and that the editor doesn't let you select options, because it will unselect right away, or collapse dropdown menus.

Do you have any other plugins enabled? Which content type are you experiencing these problems in?

No, not using the moodle plugin, as it does not have the interactive presentation as an option. I am attempting to edit text boxes, on using your own online edit feature, then embed it back to moodle. I am able to do it on other devices have created the presentation using my laptop, but not my desktop, an HP Sprout Pro running windows 10 64bit.  none of the menu items with pull down finctionality work, such as paragraph styles, text size, text colour etc.  I noticed an update came in over the weekend 2017-09 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1703 for x64-based Systems (KB4038788) not sure if that may be the difference. Can you also tell me if the interactive presentation and quiz set options will available in the moodle plugin when we update our moodle to 3.## and then h5P plugin.  Cheers

Hi,

It's a strange bug you are describing.

The behaviour you were mentioning with your bug, sometimes comes from loading the same JavaScript code multiple times. You should ensure that the JS-code is only loaded once, and that the CKEditor code isn't loaded multiple times either.

Course Presentation and Quiz (Question set), is available for Moodle. If you couldn't find it, it might have been restricted by your Moodle-sites administrator.
