Cannot connect to H5P Hub for content types

Hi,

Just installed the H5P plugin and cannot connect to the H5P Hub to add content types. Content types do not show at all. If I try to upload a H5P File as content type I am getting the following php error:

The mbstring PHP extension is not loaded. H5P need this to function properly

 

I would appreciate advice.

Hi warmer75,

Please check your PHP log for any errors and check your browser's console log for any errors.
Make sure that you have configured PHP properly with all the extensions listed in https://h5p.org/installation/configure-php.
