Right now, you need to have an H5P plugin for your LMS and to create the content there in order to get the score. This is not possible if you embed the content from somewhere else.
Very soon, you will also be able to use h5p.com which supports the LTI interface. It will enable several LMSs to integrate H5P and through LTI you can track results. Unfortunately, as far as I can tell from my brief research on Litmos, it doesn not support LTI either. But maybe I'm wrong and someone can give you a more pleasant answer.
