Create H5P content in moodle

I am new to both Moodle and H5P.

I installed Moodle 3.4.1 with H5P plugin. After I created a course in Moodle and tried to create an Interactive Content for the course, I can only use the upload option. If I try the create option, there was no editor for me to choose.

The plugin indicated that use H5P hub default is yes but I have to check the check box in order to use H5P hub. May be there is a need to change that in the code
