Download not working in Chrome

Hi,

Using a local instance of H5P-Drupal 7.

Recently, users clicking the the download button in Chrome (v65, PC) for any object type see a gibberish display - it looks like the .zip (.h5p) file is being written to the screen instead of being offered for download. In Firefox the file downloads correctly. Chrome previously worked fine.

Any suggestions as to what is happening or ways to fix Chrome?
