H5P in a bank question moodle 3.4.2+

Hello,

Sorry for my english is not terrific but thanks for your help.
I run moodle 3.4.2+ on my pc + win 8.1 and h5p plugin and everything run wel. (great plugin !!!)
My problem come when i want use h5p with bank questions in moodle 3.4.2+.

when i make a question in a course and i click on add activities the activities board open and i see the h5p plugin and everthing is fine but when i want make a question thru  bank question and i use activities board there i don't find h5p plugin in the activies board.
Is it normal ? or made i something wrong ?
