Is H5P GDPR compliant?

Hello,

Could you tell me if H5P is GDPR compliant? I have read your privacy policy but still don't know.

Hi Jenny!

Currently, not even lawyers can definitely tell whether a service is GDPR compliant or not. There are too many open questions that probably courts will have to answer first.

Anyway: We did our best to comply with all the rules that the GDPR set up. You'll find information about what kind of personal data may be processed, information about your rights to retaining, rectifying and deleting data, etc. If you want to host H5P yourself, you may also find our documentation related to GDPR compliance useful.
