Moodle Teacher cannot use all contents

Hi,

we could call our problem that the teachers role not show all contents.
It must download first a manager or admin the contents, so that the teacher can use this.
Is this wanted really thus or can one handle anyhow?

we use Moodle 3.3+ and h5p 1.9 (2018053100)

Hi p.liersch,

This is by design, only administrators are allowed to download/update contents. I have a tip so that it wouldn't take to much time to download everything. Download these contents Course Presentation, Column and Quiz (Question Set). This will automatically download several dependencies like True/False, Multiple Choice etc., this way the administrator doesn't need to download everything one by one.
