Dear Support Team,
When I install hvp plugin in moodle 2.8.5 , we face some problem as listed as below:
(refer to the link: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1VjwTX4epaRUu827IonZC7sjWpXqoCIno/view?u...)
We can not add h5p content in moodle as shown as the link : https://drive.google.com/file/d/1j6sWrDSUd8UomRC7eC0UhjubmuwV0mqH/view?u...
How can we solve the problem? Thanks a lot.

Hi show0116,
From your screenshot I can see that you could be in China. There has been a thread regarding this but it has been inconclusive. Since you can access H5P.org please try to download the samples and upload it to Moodle. I would suggest that you start with Column since it brings several dependencies with it. This will help you minimize the content types that you need to download.

permissions on ../mod in moodle
I had the permission set to 0775 on this directory and the h5p module would not install. I spent some time on this I wasnt sure what the problem was. I changed the moodledata permissions. But the error message pointed to the the ../mod directory. I set it to 0777 and it finally worked. I'm not sure why I had to "swing the door wide open" but at least it enabled me to install the module. I am running 3.5.2 and this all happened after upgrade.
