the permission to upload files

When I add an image to any of the h5p activities
Gives me the following message:"You do not have permission to upload files here."

Please help
Because I searched a lot in the Internet for the cause of the problem but could not find a solution

I have the same problem in Wordpress and Moodle

I use the latest version in both

Hi arabic4allworld,

Thank you for this. I tried using the file that you attached and definitely this not the cause of the issue. There is a possibility that there are settings in Wordpress that may be causing this. Checking browser error logs and PHP logs may give you some insight on what is causing the issue. Another thing that you can do to isolate the issue is disabling other plugins in WP.
