How to deny answer pre-selecting if question was already answered before ?

Firstly when we answer some question (for example true/false) it hasn't checked items:

Next time we answer the same question there is checked option:

The question: how can we to prevent pre-selecting ? Can this be single option for all question types ?

Hi urikor,

You might have enabled "Save Content State" in the H5P settings, disabling this should "delete" the answer that was previously given.
