H5P contents don't appear anymore on Apple ipads

Hello, please, could you be of any help? I'm desperate if all I created is now useless! 

  1. I have been using Moodle platform offline with a moodlebox for 1 year; mostly with h5p contents. After not using it for a few weeks, I used it again last week after upgrading everything. H5P contents do not appear anymore on the ipads I use at school.
  2. Moodlebox
  3. Ipad
  4. Safari
  5. H5P plugin version: 1.17.2
  6. all of them (interactive video, quiz etc.)
  7. no
  8. no
  9. Screenshots if it's a visual problem
  10. I updated/ upgraded the Moodlebox and h5p last week. It used to work on any device. It still works on Android mobile and tablet but not on the ipads at school and it used to work before!

Hi Laurence,

A few additional questions as am not familiar with the Moodlebox.

  1. Where do you create your contents? Do you create them straight in Moodlebox in a device like Ipad or using a computer?
  2. How do you ask your students to use the contents? Do they download them in their devices and use them offline?
  3. Please double check the browser console for errors.

You mentioned that it still works on Android devices which means that those contents still exists somewhere.

Hello BV52 and thank you for your answer,

1- I create my contents on my computer. I download the h5p contents and load them back on the moodlebox where the plug in is installed. This allows me to have a back up in case something happens to the moodlebox...

2- My students log in to the moodlebox with their own log in names and  passwords. And they do the exercises on the moodle platform settled on the moodlebox. They don't have to download them. They are not connected to the internet but directly to the moodlebox.

3- I'll check tomorrow for browser errors. my colleague has tried to change the browser of one of the ipads but it hasn't worked better. He took one of them for update and we'll check again tomorrow. Those ipads were bought 5 years ago... They may be too old to support new updates... 

The contents still exist for sure! I just would like to understand why they were appearing last week and are not anymore today. It's driving me crazy! Thank you again anyway!
