embedding in wordpress
hello,
how can I embed a course presentation in my wordpress blog? I only found hints how to use the plugin for WP. I use it but I would like to use my ready to use presentations for my new WP-blog, too without create them new for the blog-plugin. Or is it pssible zu import them into mx blog? I found no possibillity. In Joomla, I can use the embed-code, shown beneath the h5p-presentation, it works, but not in WP.
regards
thomas
danke, Thomas

Hi Thomas,You need to install
Hi Thomas,
You need to install H5P in Wordpress. Once installed you can start uploading the contents that you already created. You should now have an option to to "add H5P" in your pages (screenshot attached).
I hope this helps if you need further assistance feel free to post in the forums.

H5P plugin in Wordpress
Hi,
We've activated the H5P plugin in our Wordpress site (Pressbooks). We can see the "Add H5P" button when editing content, but we are getting a prompt that reads as "No H5P content available. You must upload or create new content" as shown in the attached image.
Please advise.

Hi nijelratonel,
I don't have experience using Pressbook but basing fron using Wordpress you need to create the content first before you can insert it. To do this you need to click on the H5P in the left column and you should see an option to create one.

H5P plugin on Pressbooks (Wordpress)
Hi,
Thanks for your reply. I managed to find the H5P content link on the left nav. I was able to embed the H5P content from my licensed account to Pressbooks through the download/upload method. This means I have two copies of the interactive content (one in H5P.com and the other in Pressbooks). I've also tried the reuse method, but it wouldn't let me press the "Paste" or "Paste or Replace" button even though I already pressed "Reuse" in H5P.com as shown in the recording:

Having said that, am I right to say that the reuse method is not recommended?
Please advise.

Nijel

Hi Nijel,When you click on
Hi Nijel,
When you click on "reuse" there are 2 options "download" and "copy". For security reasons the copy option can only be used within the site while the download option can be used accross different sites. Having said this in your set-up you need to use the download option instead of copy.
