flash cards on mobile

Hello! On my Drupal website flash cards can not be seen on mobile version.

I can see page but not interactive content block. Other types can be seen well.

E.g. this page https://univerico.com/ru/interactive/trenazher-slov-bez-artikley-uroven-...

looks just a common page without flashcards. 

How can I fix it?

Hi ksen-pol,

The link you provided is giving an error "Page cannot be found". I however found some links on the left side of the page that leads to pages with flash cards and they are showing on mobile devices.

I had checked in Safai and Yandex browsers. On both on ipad I can see only titles and not tests. as for google it can not be installed on my ipad. May be cause of the old version of ipad. May be the problem with visibility of tests is also cause of the old ipad?

Hi ksen-pol,

You may be correct but you can try upgrading your browser to the newest version that is compatible with your Ipad. Iam also using a 3 year old Ipad and I can see your content (screenshot attached).

Thank you. I have much older version, more than 3 years old. I can not even download new Chrome and new Firefox on it (I have a message that it can not be installed on my Ipad). How can I change my h5p on the site for the older version?

Hi ksen-pol,

There are no roll back feature for H5P. This is due to rolling back library versions will render contents created not useable. However if you can provide the version of Firefox maybe I can reproduce the issue and we can file it as bug.

Thank you. I have only safari, it is impossible now to install any other browser, and my ipad is a very old ipad 3, so it must be safari 3.

It is very old may be I need a new one

Thank you for the information. I was able to reproduce this issue and confirmed that this happens in Ipad 4 or lower. I filed a bug report here.
