No H5P content available. You must upload or create new content.

Hi everyone, I have installed H5P into Wordpress and created some content. Some content was imported from a different site, and some was created on this site itself. It all displays as expected on the front end. However, in the admin section I have a message that says "No H5P content available. You must upload or create new content."

Any ideas how to resolve this so I can see my content? I'm not sure where to begin.

Cheers,

Mike

Summary:
Error message: No H5P content available. You must upload or create new content.

  1. Detailed steps to reproduce the bug (exactly how and when did it happen) - not sure if it's reproducable. Occurs when I go to Wordpress admin > H5P Content > All H5P content.
  2. Platform and version number. E.g. Drupal, Wordpress, Moodle: Wordpress 5.2.2
  3. Mobile or Desktop: Desktop
  4. Browser: Chrome, Firefox, Safari etc: Chrome
  5. H5P plugin version: 1.13.1
  6. H5P content type and version (if a content type was used), and a sample URL or attached H5P. n/a
  7. Any browser console errors: None that I can see
  8. Any PHP errors: None
  9. Screenshots if it's a visual problem: Not required
  10. Any recent changes to the environment (new plugins/modules, updates, configuration changes etc.): This site is still being worked on, but this issue appeared as soon as I installed and activated the plugin; so it was never working on my live site. It did, however, work as expected on a locally run development site.
  11. Any recent changes to the browser you're using (new extensions, updates etc.): No

Hi Mike,

Just to make sure that we are on the same page, you cannot see the list of contents but you can still create/upload contents? Would please double check for errors in the browser console and PHP errors. Lastly please disable other plugins that may be causing this (security and themes sometimes do).

Hi BV52, thanks for your help. I tested H5P with no other plugins running, and had the same problem. I deactivated and deleted H5P, then reinstalled it - and now it's working properly. I've re-imported the first few quizzes and they're displaying fine. Not sure what the issue was, but it's resolved now.

Cheers,

Mike
