Re-upload a corrected video already used as Interactive Video source

I corrected an error and re-render a video which is the source for an Interactive video I have already added interactions to. Can I upload the same file and have it replace the pior version of the video that the interactions already created?

I have researched for the locations for the video/media files used as H5P content on my WordPress.com site, but I cannot find an means for location the media content used in WordPress. I found 20a8 form thread that gave a location path said to be for H5P media content location in WP, but there is no means of cheching it out via the WP Dashboard interface. Do I have to use a FTP program such as FileZilla FTP program to access the WP file structure and upload the new version that way?
