Not able to install wordpress plugin

Hello Author,

I am not able to install your wordpress plugin . It gives below error

Installation failed: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

1. I tried downloading package from your site and upload and it didnt work.

2. Upgraded php version to 7.0 but didnt work.

Please let me know if you can  guide anything here .

Hi,

I did some digging and I found out that there usually 2 possible causes:

  1. There is an issue with the zip/installer file you downloaded. 
  2. Wordpress doesn't have enough memory in the web server to unzip and upload the contents of the zip file.

Re-download the installer and try again. Check if you have enough space on your server or if it will allow you to upload install a file with the similar size. You can also check the upload limit of your server.
