Problems with downloading content

When downloading a file from www.h5p.org and trying to upload it to wordpress, the following error message appears. The same error message will appear when you use the example course presentation found on this www.h5p.org site. For example, when you try to upload files that were downloaded in March (and stored on your computer), you will not receive this error message. If you download the same file now and try to add it to Wordpress, this error message will appear.

Hi Teemulahde,

Can you please check if you have the latest version of the plugin. To do this go to plugins and check if H5P's version is 1.13.1 if it is lower please update to the latest version.

Hi BV52, 

Please could you guide me how to update the existing H5P plugin in totara because I can't find anything in totara (moodle fork) solution to update exisiting H5P plugin. Before I have done updation by replace in the old version with new version in totara dir.

I can merely update library of H5P in solution.

I am looking forward to hearing from you

Hi Kumar,

I don't use Totara but it should be similar to how H5P is updated in Moodle. You need to go to Site Administration -> Plugins -> Plugins overview -> Check for available updates, you should see a list of plugins that you can update.

Hi BV, Yes I have checked it already but unfortunately totara dosen't have an opotion .
