Interactive video format not supported

Hi

I've created an interactive video - it works fine on my PC but when I play it on my samsung (our learners use this device) the video format is not supported.  I have uploaded as both mp4 and webm but this doesnt help.  If I remove the interactive content, and play the video directly in the platform - it works no problem as a mp4.

We use the H5P plugin, using chrome, and on mobile samsung.  the platform is Totara version 9.

Please help?

I am unable to reproduce the issue you mentioned. Would you mind providing the information below:

  1. Mobile phone model version
  2. Browser version
  3. Any browser console errors
  4. Sample URL

Hello

It's a Samsung Tablet SM-T365Y, Android version 5.1.1

Also just found out that we are using Soti Surf, browser version 14.3.1.2 (however when I ran the content in Chrome, I also got the same  Format not supported error)

No browser console errors that I can see - just a black screen

Because we use the plugin directly in our LMS - how do I get the URL for the Interactive Content?

Would you mind giving us temporary access to test course so that we can check? I am still unable to reproduce the issue on a similar system.
