How customizable is design in the interactive video functionality? Is it easy to say, change the background of questions, etc? 

Is there a developer here who I can hire to change the user experience look and feel?

Hi jakemeister,

H5P is open source so the code is out there. With the right skills all content types can be customized to how you would like it to be (not only the design).
