H5P error in Moodle

The following error is being displayed after installing the plugin. Pla guide how to resolve, we have tried with these two but it didnt worked.
1: increaed cache limit
2: alter permissions
What else can the reason be?

You need to be sure the user
You need to be sure the user has the 'mod/hvp:getcachedassets' permission.
