H5P Hub won't load in new wordpress installation
Submitted by CourtneyLee on Mon, 01/20/2020 - 06:07
Hi,
New to H5P. I have installed a fresh Wordpress installation to test out H5P and have installed and activated the plugin. I have then gone to "Add New" H5P content but the H5P Hub never loads.
If I click on the "Create" button on the right hand side, an error comes up which says "Invalid Libraries". If I go to the libraries sub menu, nothing seems amiss in here although no specific libraries show up.
The "Use H5P Hub" is enabled in the H5P settings.
I am using Chrome as my browser and running Wordpress 5.3.2. Screenshots attached.
Thanks
Courtney

Hi Courtney,
I'm suspecting that the installation did go through as expected. Uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin should do the trick.

Hi Courtney,
I suggest that you check the following as they may give you clues to what could be causing the issue:
You can also try disabling/configuring other plugins in WP which in some cases interferes with H5P.
