Hi efkolo,

Did you happen to copy/paste the statements from word/doc or anything similar? What I'm seeing are formatting that have been carried over to the content. There are some activities that do not have a feature that removes formatting, so I suggest that either you type it directly to use notepad as a 'bridge' when creating contents. I was able to remove the formatting on the first statement here.

Hi my friend and thank you for your fast response. I try to edit the creation and typing a few letters for every stop but the problem is still the same. Then I try to make a new iteractive video with just one stop. The problem persists.

Hi efkolo,

Would you mind recording a short video on how you are creating your content. I can't seem to reproduce the issue on my end. Also please provide the following:

  1. Platform and version number. E.g. Drupal, Wordpress, Moodle.
  2. Mobile or Desktop
  3. Browser: Chrome, Firefox, Safari etc
  4. H5P plugin version
  5. Interactive Video version

it happens on preview, I am not using any platorm, and I am thinking if I can use onsite without using any platform. If I have to use a platform I will use https://e-me.edu.gr/ .

I will record a video asap

Thank you for the videos!

Apologies for the delay I am still unable to find what is triggering the issue for you.

Hi efkolo,

I am still unable to reproduce the issue on my end. Do you happen to have a custom CSS enabled? I would also suggest that you contact H5P.com support directly by sending an e-mail to [email protected]. I would suggest that you include the link of your content.
